Hello,I saw it on 1/22/11 from near Jackson, Ca. USA at 2100 Pacific time. Looks close to mag 12.5 at least. I didn't know there had been a supernova reported til I got home. I knew it didn't match the picture so I flew home to check. Pretty cool. Thanks, John Robinson, Stockton,Ca USA
