The nova was also imaged at the same time (2013 Aug 15 00h03m UT):

The image (cropped from original) covers about 4 deg x 6 deg and shows
the nova near the centre. I used a digital SLR camera (Canon EOS 100D)
and a 40mm lens; settings were 4 seconds, ISO 1600 and f/4.
