[vsnet-obs 79160] [SN] [MEAS] SNASASSN-14lp

                             Hallo,

I'm Timo Karhula from Västerås, Sweden.  I observed this supernova in NGC4666 visually with our local astronomy club's 10-inch Ritchey-Chrétien telescope and 250x magnification.  Using APASS comparison stars, I estimated SN ASASSN-14lp as magnitude 13.1 on January 17.158 (3h48m UT).
