[vsnet-obs 88363] [SN][MEAS] New possible

I found a possible Nova in M31 at 00h39m54s / 40d28m00

Attached i have an august image compared with blink with 90 min data from last night (19:00-20:30 UTC oct 28 2018).

Also attached is an annotated version of the image of last night with location.

I have also send images to David Bishop ( dbishop at gmail.com )
