The Catalina Real-time Transient Survey (Drake et al. 2009, ApJ, 696, 870)
discovered a new transient CSS090531:222724+284404.

There is a 17 mag blue object at the reported position in the USNO A2.0
Catalog. According to the CRTS data, a quiescence magnitude of the object
is around 18 mag. The object is likely a new dwarf nova with an outburst
amplitude of 3-4 mag.
