BC UMa: period decrease

   Arto Oksanen and Maehara-san have reported further observations.
It has now become evident that the object experienced an episode
of period shortening (stage B-C transition) late on Oct. 9.
The mean superhump period since this transition has been 0.06428(1) d.
Further observations are encouraged.  There may be a rebrightening, too.
