[vsnet-outburst 10930] OT J231110.9+013003 prediscovery observation

   I have noticed that ASAS-3 probably recorded preoutburst positive
observation of this Itagaki transient (cf. vsnet-outburst 8239).
A brighter maximum, the duration of the plateau phase and the presence
of a rebrightening all suggest an SU UMa-type dwarf nova in superoutburst.
