KX Aql: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova

Pavol A. Dubovsky has reported observations on March 10.
The data clearly shows the presence of a superhump with an amplitude
of 0.1 mag. Although we could not find a meaningful period,
the period appears to be slightly longer than 0.06 d.
The present outburst is now confirmed to be a long-awaited superoutburst.
Unless the early stage of the outburst was largely missed, the evolution
of superhumps would suggest a normal SU UMa-type dwarf nova rather than
a WZ Sge-type object.
