TY Vul: variation in the superhump period

   Ian Miller and Bart Staels have reported further observations.
The data clearly indicate the presence of a discontinuous decrease
in the period around June 23.  The periods before and after this
were 0.08045(4) d and 0.08010(5) d, respectively.  The decrease
may be attributed to a stage B-C transition.
