Lanning420 variation of superhump period

   Enrique de Miguel, Kyoto team (Ohshima-san) and Josch Hambsch have
reported further observations.  There appear to have been a sudden
shortening of the superhump period on Sep. 3.  The periods before and
after this were 0.06160(5) d and 0.0612(2) d.  Although this needs
to be confirmed be further observations, the transition appears to be
a stage B-C transition.  The apparent non-detection of a positive
period derivative during the stage B may have resulted from the short
baseline.
