FO And: stage B-C transition

   Enrique de Miguel has reported further observations.  Akazawa-san
(Okayama U. of Sci. team) also reported early-stage observations.
The data now clearly confirm that a stage B-C transition indeed occurred.
Before Oct. 20.9, Psh = 0.07454(2) d, Pdot = +6.5(4.1)*10^(-5) (depending
   on the segment used, Pdot is something between 1.7-8.4 *10^(-5),
   giving a marginally positive value)
After this, Psh = 0.07416(3) d.
