1RXS J003828.7+250920: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova

   Jochen Pietz has reported observations on Oct. 25.  The data show
clear superhumps (0.3 mag).  The period based on this single-night
observation is 0.0985(6) d.  Although a combined set with Kyoto data
yields a slightly shorter value, we should require more data for
identifying a better period.  Continued observations are encouraged!
