V402 And: stage B-C transition

   Ian Miller has reported further observations.  The new data indicate
that there have been a stage B-C transition.  Stage C apparently started
on Jan. 28.  The mean period and Pdot for stage B were 0.06352(5) d
and +9.4(1.1)*10^(-5).  The mean period for stage C has been 0.06317(4) d.
