OT J094840.0-345138 = SSS transient

SSS survey have detected new transient suspected CV. According to 
this object, several outbursts are detected by this survey and the
minimum magnitude is around 18 mag. This object seems to be a dwarf
nova with the amplitude ~4 mag.
