ER UMa: prolonged quiescence with negative superhumps

Enrique de Miguel has reported further observations. The object has been
in quiescence even after 6 d after the second normal outburst.
This interval of outburst is already unusually long (normally 4 d).
The object still displays strong negative superhump signal, whose details
will be analyzed and reported by Ohshima-san, including newly reported data.
