   Catalina (SSS) detected a bright new CV in outburst.

   Numerous past outbursts were recorded (also in outburst in GSC, USNO).
Although the amplitude is relatively small, relatively large intranight
variation would suggest the presence of superhumps or other variations.
Observations are encouraged!
