OT J073758.5+205545 = Catalina transient

 Catalina sky survey have detected a new transient likely a dwarf nova.
Only one outburst had detected before this outburst and the amplitude is
 ~ 4 mag, this transient may be a SU-UMa type dwarf nova. 
 The last outburst was fainter than this outburst by 1 mag. This outburst
might be a superoutburst.
