Wils_SDSSJ091147.02+315101.8 outburst, now fading

  I should have circulated earlier.  But the object is apparently rapidly
fading on CRTS data (about 17.7 on Mar. 27; was rising on Mar. 14 at 18.3).
The present outburst may have been a long outburst (super?) whose maximum
was apparently missed.
