V1363 Cyg: start to decline

 We have received further observations from Akazawa-san.
This data make up with the blank of observations of the last normal
outburst.
 Since the time when observation cannot be taken is earlier and other
interesting objects have appeared one after another, observation
tends to be lacked these days. Please also observe this object
if you can afford to do.

 Further observations are encouraged!
