SV Ari : a short-period SU UMa type dwarf nova
We have received further observations from Josch Hambsch and Maehara-san.
And we also took observations of this object.
According to these data, the amplitude of superhump is still developing,
reaching 0.3 mag (the amplitude of superhumps was 0.1 mag yesterday).
With PDM analysis, 0.05568(9) d was obtained. This is a zone where WZ Sge
type exist together. Unless the earlyhumps was simply overlooked, SV
Ari seem to be one of shortest SU UMa type dwarf novae, similar object to
another dwarf nova having suspected to be a nova, SS LMi.
Further observations are strongly encouraged!
