OT_J184228.1+483742 spectrum

   Fujii-san has obtained a spectrum of this object.

   The object showed Balmer absorptions with Halpha in emission.
Hbeta showed an emission core.  The overall feature indicates
that the object is an outbursting dwarf nova.
(It seems to me there may be some evidence of He II)
