PR Her observation by CRTS

   CRTS has also detected PR Her in outburst.  This is the first
detection of an outburst by CRTS, strengthening the low outburst
frequency.  The last negative observation was on Nov. 18, 3 d before
the initial detection by Walter MacDonald II.

   The analysis of time-resolved photometry will be reported by
Ohshima-san.
