OT J094327.3-272039 = Catalina transient

   This CRTS SSS transient (=SSS111226:094327-272039) underwent
many bright outbursts in the past.  The brightest ones (2002 June
or 2005 Nov.) reached V=12.8 in ASAS.  Many outbursts were long,
and the amplitudes were fairly large (>5mag).  The object has
an X-ray counterpart:
094326.1 -272034 (2000.0) 1RXS-F_J094326.1-272035 0.012 1.00 -0.14

   The behavior suggests some similarity with V844 Her.

   The object will be worth regular monitoring.
