OT J084435.4+530431 = Catalina transient

   CRTS has detected a transient (=CSS120130:084435+530431).
The object underwent another outburst in 2007 January (mag 17.7)
and possibly another in 2010 December.  The SDSS counterpart
has g=21.9 and the color suggests an Porb around 0.07 d.
