   This is not true.  There was a well-documented outburst in
2007 January, independently detected by Gualdoni (Maehara-san's
image showed V=11.7 prior to this detection; vsnet-alert
9209, 9210) and W. MacDonald II at V=11.36 (see JAAVSO 36, 60).
The present outburst appears to be a similar, quickly fading
outburst.
