Confirming bright object at 19:15:02.047 +07:19:46.78. Position =
determined by averaging the position of the object over 10 frames as =
measured using
the PinPoint Astrometry Engine (USNO-A2 catalogue). Instrumental =
magnitudes are
2013-06-01 00:11:20 UT  B =3D 10.40(2)   =20
2013-06-01 00:07:15 UT  V =3D 10.565(9)
as measured from 10 V frames and 10 B frames using GSC 0476-00316 =
(magnitudes B=3D12.735, V=3D11.941 from APASS ) as comparison star.

   It seems to me that the object is too blue for a classical nova
in this region.  The large proper motion (if identical) in
the astrometry catalogs also suggests the dwarf nova-type nature.
