PNV J19150199+0719471: clearly positive Pdot for stage B superhumps

   We have received further data from Osaka Okyoiku U. team,
Enrique de Miguel, Kyoto team, Greg Bolt and Arto Oksanen.
The increase of the superhump period has now become very
apparent.  The Pdot was +6.7(8)*10^(-5).  The mean period of 
stage B superhumps was 0.05813(1) d.
