PNV J19150199+0719471: stage C transition

   Enrique de Miguel reported:

Comments: The amplitude is getting larger, and superhumps are far better
               defined. Just visually, it's clear that the period is
               shorter compared with the value found over the last days.
               Using tonight's data --> f=17.34 c/d --> 0.0577 d. Although
               based on a single data set, this looks like a definite
               shortening of the period (crucial to compare with other pre
               and post data sets).
                On the other hand, the O-C diagram now shows a
               discontinuity of Delta Phase ~0.25. It is very likely (from
               inspection of the O-C diagram) that if data were available
               between my two data sets, the jump would probably be more
               consistent with a ~0.5 phase shift.
               The mean magnitude has not changed in the last 24 h.

   Josch Hambsch also reported observations. The combined data
indicate that the object has experienced a stage B-C transition
on June 23. The period after this transition is 0.05806(8) d.
It is very interesting to follow the evolution now.
