PNV J19150199+0719471: rapidly fading

   The most recent data from William Stein (on June 27) show
that the object is indeed fading rapidly.  The amplitudes
of the superhumps decreased (with multiple components).
Since the Swift observation is planned within one day,
please observe this object as intensively as possible.
Optical spectroscopy and multicolor (including infrared)
photometry are also encouraged around the times of
Swift observations.
