ASASSN-13ax: new WZ Sge-type dwarf nova

   Enrique de Miguel has reported observations since July 3.
The object started to show superhumps since last night,
and there was low-amplitude growing superhumps on the night
before.  On July 8-9, the mean period was 0.0571(3) d,
but the amplitude was still small (0.05 mag).
We may be still observing stage A superhumps.
On the first two nights of the observation, there appeared
to be very low amplitude (an order of 0.01 mag) modulations
suggesting early superhumps.  A tentative period is
0.0550(1) d.  Further observations are strongly encouraged.
