MASTER OT J181953.76+361356.5: emerging superhumps

   Kyoto team (Ohshima, Nakata, Kato) obtained new observations.
The superhumps grew in amplitude.  The period was 0.0587(1) d
(allowing one-day aliases).  Since the amplitude of superhumps
was still small, we probably observed stage A superhumps.
Further observations are strongly encouraged.
