MASTER OT J181953.76+361356.5: rapid fading

   Osaka Kyoiku U. team (Kazunari Masumoto, Miho Kawabata, 
Daisuke Sakai, Hisami Furukawa, relayed by Katsura Matsumoto)
has reported new observations.  The object started fading
rapidly on July 21.  There was no indication of a transition
to stage C before this fading.
