MASTER OT J162323.48+782603.3: rapid fading

   Neustroev's team (Vitaly Neustroev and George Sjoberg)
has reported observations on Dec. 23.  The object had
faded by ~3 mag (V=17.8), and the phase of the rapid decline
was not observed.  The object still showed prominent
superhumps.  S.Shugarov and D.Chochol also reported
observations later on Dec. 23 (and past observations
in December).  The object appeared to stop fading
rapidly and we cam expect to see continuing superhumps and
potentially rebrightening(s).
