[vsnet-outburst 16331] AL Com: rapid fading

AL Com: rapid fading

   On Dec. 28, Osaka Kyoiku U. team (Miho Kawabata, 
Kazunari Masumoto, Daisuke Sakai, Daiki Fukushima,
relayed by Katsura Matsumoto) recorded the object by ~2 mag 
fainter than on Dec. 25.  The object appears to be
in "dip" phase before rebrightening(s).
Observation in this phase (measurement of the superhump
period) is very important to clarify the origin of
the rebrightening(s).  Further observations are encouraged.
Nataly Katysheva and Sergey Shugarov also reported
V and Rc observations of stage A superhumps on two nights.
