   Possibly an unusual object.  The large proper motion suggests
a nearby object.  The CRTS light curve is too flat.
Follow-up observations are encouraged.

ASASSN-14dx 	--- 	------- 	2:34:27.59 	-4:54:34.3 	2014-07-12.6 	14.37 	SDSS 	DSS 	VIZIER 	------- 	outburst from a blue g=16.3 SDSS star, also GALEX and XMM-Newton source, about the same brightness for more than two weeks now, V=13.95 on 2014-06-25.4, V=14.1 on 2014-07-13.6, no previous outbursts in CRTS data
