HY Psc: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova

   Osaka Kyoiku U. team (Daiki Fukushima, Hiroki Kinoshita,
Kazunari Masumoto, Megumi Takenaka, relayed by Katsura Matsumoto)
has reported observations on one night and another night with
partial coverage.  The data showed well-developed (0.30 mag)
superhumps, confirming the SU UMa-type nature of this object.
We should need another night to determine the superhump period.
