NSV01436: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova

Ian Miller has reported observations on two nights.
The object is now experiencing the brightest recorded
outburst (reaching mv=11.8, CCD mag reaching 12.2V).
On Sep. 17, the object was apparently rising from
a precursor outburst with distinct superhumps.
The present superhump period is 0.0732(3) d
(still stage A superhumps?).

The long-debated nature of this object is now finally
established!
