ASASSN-14hk: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova

   Osaka Kyoiku U. team (Daiki Fukushima, Kazunari Masumoto,
relayed by Katsura Matsumoto) reported observations
on two nights.  The Sep. 22 data showed 0.2-0.3 mag
superhumps with a period of 0.06 d.  The Sep. 20 data
were less conclusive, and another longer run by Itoh-san
did not record superhumps.  These superhumps must have
developed between Sep. 20 and 22.
