[vsnet-outburst 17547] 1RXS J213807.1+261958

AAVSO observer Carey Chiselbrook has detected 1RXS J213807.1+261958 (type
UGWZ) to be in outburst on Oct 22.059 at magnitude 9.7.  The previous
outburst occured in May 2010 (AAVSO forum).
