 Fujii-san reported spectroscopic observation of PNV J06483343+0656236
on Nov. 22.

 The spectrum shows a blue continuum and weak H-alpha and H-beta
emission lines (EW of H-alpha is about 3.4A). These features suggest 
that the object is a dwarf nova in outburst. 
Time-series photometry is encouraged.
