ASASSN-15bp: rapid fading

   Josch Hambsch, Vitaly Neustroev and George Sjoberg,
Itoh-san, Sergey Shugarov and Golysheva Polina
and Kiyota-san have reported new observations.
The object stared rapidly fading on Feb. 22-23.
There was some hint of a transition to stage C
just before this.  This fading was also reported
by Peter Starr.  Since the object has properties
similar to period bouncers, further observations
of the dip phase and potential rebrightening(s) are
encouraged.
