ASASSN-15hm: possible SU UMa-type dwarf nova

   Josch Hambsch and Kiyota-san have reported observations.
Hambsch's observation on Apr. 23 showed rapid fading.
Kiyota-san's observation on Apr. 26 showed possible superhumps
(the object was brighter).  The fading recorded by
Hambsch may have been a part of a precursor outburst.
Further observations are encouraged.
