   Two outbursts in CRTS data.  ASAS-3 detected likely outbursts
on three occasions (single detections).  One of them agrees with
the CRTS detection.

ASASSN-15qb 	--- 	------- 	8:12:25.37 	-71:14:38.5 	2015-09-29.35 	13.45 	SDSS 	DSS 	VIZIER 	------- 	bright CV candidate caught early, matches to B=18.3, also X-ray source, V>16.4 on 2015-09-27.36, V=13.6 on 2015-09-29.40
