2015 Oct. 24.740 UT, 14.2 mag (CCD, unfiltered)
"2015 10 24.740 UT
Discovered by S. Ueda, Kushiro, Japan, using 0.25-m f/3.4 reflector,
who has confirmed this object on following two frames. Nothing is
visible at this location on his past survey frames including the recent
frame taken on 2015 Oct. 11 UT. Also he found there is a DSS star
(mag.= 16.5, position end figures 55s.69, 39".0) located on this
position."
