V404 Cyg: gradually rising and violent variations

     Itoh-san, Kyoto U. team (Isogai, Kimura and Kato), Miyashita-san,
Crimean Astrophys. Obs. team (Alexei Sosnovskij, Julia Babina,
and Nicolaj Pit via Elena Pavlenko), Pavol A. Dubovsky, and
Enrique de Miguel have reported new observations.
The object was gradually rising with violent fluctuations.
The mean magnitude was about 14 mag in I band.
The amplitudes of the fluctuations are 0.5--2.0 mag and the
timescales of them are 10 min -- 2 hours.  Dip-type oscillations
observed in the June outburst of this object have been seen
in the current outburst.
Further observations are encouraged.
