V404 Cyg: fading and slight rising

     Kiyota-san, Bill Goff, Itoh-san and Kyoto U. team have
reported new observations.  The object showed rapid fading
and slight rising yesterday.  Violent variations were not
detected although small-amplitude oscillations were observed.
