ASASSN-16ag: new SU UMa-type dwarf nova

   Ian Miller has reported observations showing superhumps.
The period was close to 0.06 d.  About 6-10 hours earlier,
Maeda-san reported observations without strong superhumps.
These observations may suggest that we are just observing
the growing phase of superhumps.  Early follow-up observations
are strongly encouraged.
