MASTER OT J003831.10-640313.7: positive Pdot and stage C

   Josch Hambsch has reported further observations.
The object showed a positive Pdot with +11(4)*10^(-5)
and a mean period of 0.06165(5) d for stage B.
On Feb. 5, there was a transition to stage C superhumps.
