MASTER OT J073325.52+373744.9 (ATEL)
There was at least one past outburst in the CRTS data
(15.9 on 2008 Jan. 31). The other two bright detections
were not recorded on the same nights. Noise or flare?
Time-resolved photometry is of course encouraged.

or dwarf nova?
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system ( <A HREF="http://www.hindawi.com/journals/aa/2010/349171/">Lipunov
et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net",
Advances in Astronomy, 2010</A> )discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 07h
33m 25.52s +37d 37m 44.9s on 2016-02-24.90468 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is
15.1m
(limit 18.0m).The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at
this place.

There is <a href="http://skyserver.sdss.org/dr9/en/tools/quicklook/quickobj.asp?id=1237651272952971758">SDSS
star</a> in 0.5" with u=22.1(=-0.3),g=21.9(+-0.1),r=22.1(=-0.2),i=22.5,
so we suggest the dwarf nova outburt with Ampl>7m.
Spectral observations are required.
