ASASSN-16dt: very slow transition to stage B

   Berto Monard, Josch Hambsch and Itoh-san have reported
further observations.  It is likely we have observed
very slow and relatively continuous transition
from stage A to B.

   The period for E <= 70 was 0.06495(8) d.
This corresponds to q=0.031(3), strengthening
the identification as a period bouncer.
